Try this when water tastes salty

It is hard to drink enough fluids during the day when water has a salty taste. There are some ways around it.

  • Flavour your water.

    – Infuse with herbs, fruits, vegetables (e.g., berries, cucumber, mint, lemon/lime if tolerable).
    – Try Mio™, Crystal Light™ or similar products.

 

  • Choose other fluid options (herbal tea, juice, milk, milk alternatives).
